Shipping and Returns

Products typically ship within two business days, and will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads and holidays. Ignite offers free shipping on orders over $40 and a flat $6 fee for orders under $40.

Here at Ignite, we make awesome products and we know it. But, if you happen to disagree, we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase. We give you (30) thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items.Unfortunately, if (30) thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Prior to contacting us we ask that you:

• Double check your bank or credit card account.
• Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.

At this time, we are unable to ship CBD products internationally or to customers in the following states: Idaho, Massachusetts, and Mississippi. Some states have restrictions on certain CBD products. You will be notified at checkout if your state has laws banning these types of sales.
