I have been a customer for several years now and for some reason my order was never received after 3-4 attempts to correct with your team. Not sure why this is or if I am the only one. The frustrating point is I like your products! How could I order in the future if you folks cannot figure this out? I requested a refund today because I am tired of monitoring if my order will ever make it. I hope your company isolates the issue and resolves for the future.
