Cannabidiol
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a compound that interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system – a series of native receptors that promote homeostasis, or equilibrium. CBD is primarily found in the flowers and leaves of hemp plants. IGNITE CBD is extracted from the highest-quality and best-sourced hemp available.
Consistency
Consistency is key for best results. We recommend building a routine and sticking to it for at least 4-6 weeks.
CBD isolate vs broad spectrum
Most IGNITE products use CBD isolate, the key ingredient for some of the industry’s most recognized products. CBD isolate is pure powder with greater than 98% potency and does not contain other cannabinoids or ingredients. IGNITE CBD isolate is extracted in a highly-controlled environment and processed to guarantee industry-leading purity and consistency. All THC is removed during this process.
Broad spectrum
Our broad spectrum extract contains CBD along with an array of other plant compounds including minor cannabinoids and terpenes. Like CBD isolate, all THC is removed from this type of extract. Some cannabinoids in IGNITE’s Broad Spectrum extract are cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN), cannabigerol (CBG), cannabicyclol (CBL), and cannabichromene (CBC).
Entourage effect
Due to the presence of additional plant compounds and cannabinoids, broad spectrum extracts may contain increased attributes over CBD isolate powder due to an entourage effect, or synergistic combination of cannabinoids and plant compounds. This magnifies the CBD vs. using CBD isolate alone. Because of this, broad spectrum extract costs more than CBD isolate, which is why broad spectrum products typically have a higher retail value.
Full spectrum
Full spectrum is similar to broad spectrum, except THC has not been removed. This is why broad spectrum CBD is the recommended choice for any individuals who cannot have trace amounts of THC in their system, whether for medical, personal or legal reasons. All IGNITE full spectrum products meet the compliant level of THC (under 0.3% THC).
Does CBD get me high?
CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. In other words, it doesn’t get you high.
A clear head
CBD should not undermine your focus or cognitive abilities. However, individuals may respond differently so consult a physician with any concerns of using CBD.
Trouble-free
It's legal. All IGNITE products, which are extracted from the highest-quality hemp, conform to available state and federal laws and are consistent with industry standards in the United States. The US Congress passed the 2018 Farm Bill which removed hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC) from Schedule I controlled substances and making it an ordinary agricultural commodity. However, CBD can not be sold in Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
